A typical appointment will start with an assessment and discussion about why you have come to see us, this may also require you to do some specific movements like walking, bending, or raising your arms so we can tailor a recovery program just for you.  

Once we have an agreed tailored approach we can then be sure that we are targeting the right joints, muscles and trigger points to ensure postural and pain relief.

BSPOKR only uses Premium Massage Oils, Creams, luxurious towels and linens.
